Staff are so nice and so knowledgeable. I’m brave when it comes to hairstyle changes (it grows) but I’m also terrible at knowing and describing what I want. The team are so good at asking the right questions to tease out your overall vision and they will challenge your ideas if they don’t think it’s right. My hair is so awesome and I have had so many compliments and it’s thanks to Gino and the team...!
