I couldn't have been more impressed and happier with my haircut and colouring from Shannon. Not only is she very professional (she managed to dye, cut and blow dry my long thick hair in less than 2 hrs 45 minutes - the quickest I've ever had it done and probably the best!) she is also so lovely and friendly and a real gem of a hairdresser. I had been going to the same salon for years so was a bit nervous about trying somewhere new but I will now be making Body Essential Salon my go to for my hair cuts!

The result was unexpected, I was supposed to do full head highlight, however, I came twice due to the patch test is required, basically, I don’t might to come fore twice, but the main problem is my hair was handling in 2 different people (the first stylist was not here)that’s probably the reason why my hair goes wrong colour at the end after doing the toner. well.. something miscommunication and I feel so sad to see my hair colour doesnt changed, even I can’t find my highlight on my hair obviously, only dark now.
