Gino or Sarah were not available to choose from so I had appointment with someone else. very friendly and haircut was good but blowdry was overdone, loads of product in it so it was already very greasy on second day.

I have recently had a haircut there and it was the worst experience in my life. The hairdresser seemed to not feel well I had tso he didn’t take care of me as he should. He was rushing and he was quite abrupt, combing my hair pretty hard. He was very shaky and sweating a lot as if he’s not well and I felt really uncomfortable. 2 min after I left I had to return as I realised that there was hair that was not trimmed properly. Needless to say, that’s still the case. The hair looked very out of shape and I had to go and get another haircut somewhere else. Very disappointing

The cut was ok , acceptable. They could put more effort to make me feel comfortable with what they were doing with my hair.
I was expecting better results for the balayage final result, I.e colour, layers, appearance. Also, it’s an old fashion way of doing it (its seems a line across my hair and the colour is not blended nicely all over)

Excellent Brazilian wax with lovely lady - not as painful as usual. Salon upstairs could do with a tidy/clean though.
