Very disappointed as majority of my hair still had split ends after the cut!
I've been to Treatwell before and it was a brilliant cut and service. This time, as before, i requested for enough length to be cut off so that all split ends were gone and my hair be shaped back into a V. I noticed at least half my hair still had split ends when i got home! I also wasnt asked if my hair was a sharp enough V and i couldnt tell once it had been blowdried - i only noticed once i washed it a few days later and luckily the shaping was good. Also rather oddly, all the other customers were offered wine whilst i was only offered coffee/tea (I have a baby face but I am 27 and had mentioned i was going to drinks after the appointment)
Overall, the experience was okay but not worth £45

Always enjoy visiting here - Lucia is great and I always have my haircut by her. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait, but the staff are nice.

The massage was absolutely incredible! Vicki did an amazing job pinpointing the trouble spots in my neck shoulders and back. She was incredible! The spa is conveniently located and easy to find. The room was a bit underwhelming and the towels were clean, but with splotches of bleached areas so they did t look or feel particularly relaxing. I was a bit put off at first but the massage redeemed my experience. Will absolutely return to see Vicki.
