When someone doesn’t do a consultations before your hair is washed I get nervous. My hair was still in a towel when asked what I wanted done they didn’t even see what kind of hair I had. I booked a senior stylist but they did not know what layers were as I have none in my hair. The hairdresser didn’t introduce herself and the only highlight was the lovely woman who washed my hair. After coming home and really getting the chance to look at my hair it’s exactly not what I wanted and cut with no layers which is what I felt was happening at the time. This was a waste of money and I would definitely not recommend.
