Great experience as always. Everyone is so friendly and warm, especially my hairdresser today, Lucia, who worked her magic with my hair! She thoroughly explained every step of the Kebelo procedure and the when discussing the cut, I felt really relaxed knowing that I was in good hands.

It was a very average facial - neither the best nor worst I have had. What I don't like is when the mask/steam are applied and the facialist just sits there and doesn't give a neck/shoulder/head massage which they really should. Probably won't go back.
