Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage
I had an excellent and really lovely beauty therapist do my pedicure. However, I paid for an hour-long treatment and had already left after half an hour - and this includes me being late and the therapist having to go off to find equipment twice! So it was a very short treatment, and definitely not what I paid for. I don't believe in staying silent and then leaving a scathing online review, but I didn't realise until I was walking down the street to my next appointment that I'd been in and out quick as a flash. Interestingly, I noticed that my beauty therapist was showing her next client up as I left - which suggests to me that they never intended to give me an hour. I feel bad leaving this review as the beauty therapist was lovely, and seems to have done a good job, but I don't like being ripped off so had to leave an honest review.
