My hair was done by Louise who was friendly, professional and very thorough. She ensured that she knew exactly what I wanted to achieve and made her suggestions as well which were helpful. I’m very happy with my hair cut, blow dry, and overall experience. Louise and other members of staff were very friendly and accommodating. They also ensured that my friend who waited for me at the reception area was comfortable. It was my first time at the salon and I plan on returning and maybe trying other services they offer.

This has been the first salon and stylist that I would return to since I’ve been in London for 6 years.
A couple of things stood out 1. Lucia went out of her way to do the skin test so that I could keep the same appointment.
2. Gino was a pleasure to spend my 3 hour appointment with. Such great conversation, so focused on getting the perfect result, and I left with a great balayage and cut.
Would 100% return!
