I thought the oxygen facial was great and the therapist was lovely/very knowledgeable. However, as there are a lot of loud noises during and is slightly uncomfortable at times, for my first introduction to the facial I think it could've been a bit better if I was told when each step was about to take place so I knew what to expect.
