All the staff are lovely, super friendly, warm and welcoming. The massage was amazing and Oleta really helped relieve a lot of the pain and stiffness in my back.
The mani pedi was really relaxing and great too! Only tiny issue I had was that she didn’t file my nails evenly in a straight line. Thank you

The hairdresser was lovely, so nice, listening to what I wanted. Great blowdry. Efficient and on time!
The person doing the shampoo could be a tad more gentle, as she scratched my scalp a bit harshly or when combing my hair. But otherwise all good
