They destroyed my hair. They cut my hair and it was looking shiny and healthy. Two weeks after I went to fix my hair colouring and they burnt my hair, it became incredibly dry! Besides leaving half of the hair dark and the other half with "highlights" that on the left side (where they started) are grey and the other are "blondish".
Terrible experience, I came back to fix it, they put a toner and send me home, still looking the same.
All for £180!
