This salon provides consistency in service & in beauty therapists, which makes a big difference to customer experience. My preferred salon for a good 2 years now & Oletta is by far my no1 waxer for her approach & skill. The products the salon use are good, the atmosphere is pleasant, clean, staff are friendly & welcoming, the rooms/facilities are small & basic (no frills approach) but it doesn't matter as it is comfortable & suitable. Quality of treatment matters to me & I highly recommend.

Managed to find and squeeze a 5:30pm hair appointment via treatwell a hour before arriving for service. The most welcoming and caring service delivered by Louise. I had a mini pass out half way during my stand up hair cut from a overwhelmed day. The safety and care from Louise and her colleague were outstanding during my blackout. Thank you for taking special care of your clients. The salon really warmed my heart. The most relaxing head massage and head wash followed with an exceptional hair cut
