Charlene was very informative and attentive with my facial - suggesting ways I can improve my skincare routine. She was very bubbly and polite during the entire appointment, making me feel welcome. Due to living with someone vulnerable, I asked if Charlene could wear a mask although government guidelines do not permit this anymore and she kindly abided. Definitely coming back again next month!

I had a great experience with my haircut. The appointment time was convenient for me to make after work and on arrival I didn't have to wait long at all. Lucia was lovely and we had a nice chat. My hair looks great and I plan to come back again!

Woke up with a very stiff neck, but 30mins with Sydney and I was able to move my head again. She looks like this cute, tiny and gentle woman and she is indeed super friendly and caring, but she's got some great strength in those magic hands. Thanks again!
