A long overdue haircut after the Covid period! My hair was a right mess, but Gino made sure to get it back in shape. As always, he was very knowledgeable, and the salon has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

Really wonderful experience at Body Essential. I was quickly taken to my appointment and made to feel really welcome by Charlene. The massage itself was exceptional - really relaxing yet firm and got all the knots out! Really recommend this venue and booking with the lovely Charlene.

Great first experience! After returning back to London for work, this salon is perfectly located within a few minutes of London Liverpool Street. The wax was quick but carefully done. Very happy - will definitely be back.

There was no mention beforehand that the massage was back and shoulders only - which I didn’t mind, but should be clarified. I really enjoyed it at the time; it was deep but felt good, and Sydney was professional and friendly. Unfortunately, the next day I developed excruciating pain in my left shoulder which has lasted for over a week and required medical attention and the strongest painkillers available. I want to believe it’s not connected to the massage but it’s a huge coincidence if not.
