Louise was lovely- she explained what she was doing to my hair and why, and also how to maintain it. The wash, cut and blow dry was carefully done (not rushed) and left me feeling great!

Had a 1hr massage with Sydney which help release some knots in my shoulders, joys of working in an office! followed by a hair cut with Gino, both were really friendly and professional with good conversation, happy with the results, I was also offered a glass of wine/drink making the whole experience relaxing and unique! I would definitely recommend!
