I was warmly greeted and remembered after nearly 3 years away (pandemic). She remembered how I liked my hair cut, and we chatted as though no time had passed. She asked how I wanted it cut, what I'd had done in the interim, and showed me how she'd cut it to ensure it looked good even though I wouldn't be back for a trim as soon as I normally would.
