My sister always jokes that every time I have a blow dry I hate it (and she's right), as the stylist never gets it quite how I want it and usually always ignores me when I say my hair has no volume and needs lift at the roots. Well not this time! Louise did a brilliant job, felt like she really listened to what I told her about my hair and I was delighted with the end result - no flat roots! (without loads of backcombing). Would definitely recommend!!
