Rachel was very welcoming and friendly. I hadn't had a hot stone massage before so she took a minute to show me the stones and explain and check if I had any areas I was concerned about (the pre massage questionnaire also did this but I filled it in a few weeks prior).
The music and lighting was calming and the room kept warm enough.
The hot stone massage was very relaxing I even ended up accidentally having a nap!
Highly recommend especially hot stone in winter!
