I never got the appointment I asked for had a call from them made an appointment for the Saturday instead then was left message asking if I could go in by 6.30 on the Thursday night when I rang them back the lady that answered the phone was rude and very unhelpful so I cancelled the appointment for the Saturday and I would not recommend them to anyone
I found a much better place to go where the staff know what they are doing

I booked a gel manicure with Theresa and it's was among the best I've ever had. Theresa was friendly and knowledgeable and very attentive to detail. She showed me numerous colors and explained the difference between different nail treatments. It's only been a few days since my manicure, but by the looks of it it will last a while. Overall, amazing, quality service and great value for money. I would definitely recommend.

My experience was not positive, but it is important to note before reading on that the setting is nice, the staff were friendly, the treatment rooms are pleasant and clean and the actual waxing skills of my therapist were very good (some bruising afterwards which I have never had before, but perhaps this is due to this being a strip wax and I am used to hot wax).
However, waxing is a very personal treatment and I was very disappointed with the result.
At the beginning of any wax, I like to have time to explain exactly what I want done before the wax goes anywhere near me, so I can relax and be confident that the therapist is clear on the result I am looking for.
Instead of keeping away from the wax and listening while I explained what I wanted, the therapist was just nodding and hovering the wax over me until I had finished (I think she thought I was just nervous and so told me just to lie back and relax), so I was nervous that I hadn't communicated what I wanted. Unfortunately, I was right, what I got was far from what I like, and I could tell from the first strip that it had gone wrong. After everything had been evened out, I was a million miles away from confident about the result, and actually pretty upset - it just wasn't me.
Basically, it's a place where if you have booked a brazillian, you will get their version of a brazilian, no tweaks or personal adjustments, It was clear that I was unhappy with the result, but the attitude was 'we can sort it out next time you come', rather than offering me any of my money back. If they had offered to fix it for me free of charge next time, then yes, I would go back, probably regularly, as the people were lovely and my therapist seemed genuinely sorry to not have taken into account what I had asked for. I only had the brazilian wax, but I imagine the place would be great for underarms etc, where you can't really go wrong!

The salon was lovely and clean, staff were very professional and the treatment was excellent. An added bonus was you can park directly outside.
