My massage therapist Zoja was very well informed of the techniques and knew her way around the aching muscles. I was 22 weeks pregnant when i had the pregnancy massage from her. She is absolutely against lying on a holed table especially made for pregnants as it could harm the back due to gravity. She had me on my sides the whole time and gave me a very relaxing and calming massage. I would anyday recommend Body Balance by Zoja to anyone looking for relief from pregnancy aches and groans!
