Body & Balance Massage Croydon is a professional massage and wellbeing studio based in South Croydon, dedicated to providing high-quality, personalised massage treatments in a calm, private and welcoming environment.

Our aim is simple: to help every client leave feeling relaxed, restored and revitalised.

Meet Magdalena

Our lead massage therapist, Magdalena, brings over 10 years of professional experience in massage and sports therapy.

Magdalena is a qualified NC-2 therapist and, after qualifying with honours and completing a Master’s in Sports Therapy, continued to develop her knowledge and expertise through further professional massage training and qualifications.

Her extensive experience allows each treatment to be tailored to the individual, whether you're looking to unwind and de-stress, relieve muscular tension, support recovery or simply take some well-deserved time for yourself.
