I found the therapist quite rude, patronising and aggressive. Did nothing to put me at ease and I heard her talking about me with colleagues afterwards when I was waiting for the toilet. She also repeatedly double dipped the stick into the wax. This is widely known to be unhygienic, so was surprised that she kept doing it.

Place was clean and staff was nice and made me comfortable, but I would have liked the beautician to finish up with tweezers and getting rid of the wax... not up to the standards I expected.

Really nice venue, easy to find. spacios waiting room and friendly staff. Clean treatment room and very nice therapist. Very relaxed, will be going back.
