Very welcoming, parking at Sainsbury’s Only minor gripe is that the time for both bookings was changed both app booking as calendars don’t syncs between salon and treatwell, due to fact that therapists are also receptionist. So never quite sure if timing is firm. Team worked with me though to reaccomodate appointment

Didn't even get to treatment. It was cancelled. Bombarded with telephone, text and emails - difficult to deal with when travelling on business.

It wasn't as relaxing as crystal / dermalogica ones I've had in the past, and felt more like having my face sanded, but by the next morning the results were good and I decided I will actually try it again!
