I booked via Treatwell for a one hour head massage.
After driving 40 minutes I arrived to find that the salon was closed!
Disgusting! I sent the owner an email but haven’t even had a response to apologise.if they can’t offer the appointments then they shouldn’t use platforms like this.

I had my eyebrows threaded by Bobby & she did an amazing job! My eyebrows were perfect! She’s so lovely & puts you at ease straight away. So glad I’ve found her business as I now will be a regular customer. I will be trying some of the other services she’s offers too. Her beauty shop is clean & lovely.
