I left this waxing appointment feeling traumatised. She used the wrong soft wax with strips on intimate areas, making it unbearably painful. Then she pulled out a razor to “do laser” without my permission, even after I said my skin is sensitive. When I asked her to stop during the Hollywood wax, she told me no one else ever complains. I’ve been waxing for over a year and never had such an unprofessional, painful experience. Avoid.
