I had electrolysis done at BMIB and honestly, it was such a great experience. Jordaine was amazing—so friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. She explained everything clearly and was super gentle throughout the treatment. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing and genuinely cares. The clinic is clean and welcoming too. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Jordaine to anyone considering electrolysis!
