Absolutely lovely experience at the salon today. Charlotte really knew what she was talking about and offered great tips and advice on both what would suit me and how to style my hair day-to-day. It was obvious they were busy due to the impending lock down but they still took the time to listen to what I wanted and responded well to it. Hair looks lovely so so happy. Thank you, I’ll definitely be coming back.

Felt like the balayage took 20mins to complete and usually a balayage would take me a min of 2 hours and the results was not what I intended for. I didn’t know how to tell her because the hairstylist was really nice. I have had to many bad experiences so was not to bothered to have another. Overall atmosphere was nice.
