My first haircut in London and Charlotte made me feel very reassured and really listened to what I wanted. Had a lovely experience overall and felt very comfortable. Loved my hair she did it exactly how I wanted it in terms of colour, cut and styling. Will definitely be coming back.

I needed my split ends cut off and general tidy up after lockdown. Charlotte gave me advice on what to have done but also listened to what was important to me. She did a great job and gave me a beautiful blow dry. Delighted with my hair cut. Will be back!
