Do not book here!! Absolutely awful service. Left me with swollen & red eyes. Was not given the service I paid for. Given a cheaper alternative. Spoke to Treatwell they advised contact salon so I did. Salon advised to go back to Treatwell for refund. Treatwell explained they can’t give refunds. Explained to salon manager who hasn’t given me a refund after two weeks nor replied to my messages.

I booked in the treatment, to get a random phone call being called someone else and when I ask who it is, the lady mentions her name and said "long time no speak" to which I reply I don't know who this is. She said yeah im calling my clients can you cancel this appt and text me. Really poor customer service and really unprofessional so cancelled the booking all together.
