Booked for 10:15, arrived a little late at 10:20. Rima was finishing with someone else so we started at 10:30. I forgot to book a take off of my previous shellac which in the end took less than ten minutes, but the job was still very rushed. I left at about 11:35 so the appt was just over an hour, as scheduled, but Rima left to see to the next client so I didn’t get a clear top coat. Def not the neatest job unfortunately although lovely Rima tried her best. I would say they overbooked that day.
