I will not be returning to Image Hair and Beauty.
Not only did I have to wait 20 minutes for my appointment, but the staff member on duty didn't alert his colleague that I was there until I explicitly asked him to.
I then had the treatment only to be left with sores under my arm from where areas of my skin had been waxed off. These are still very red and painful days later and will take some time to heal.
The beautician doing my treatment was nice but she was clearly stressed which perhaps meant that she was not paying full attention when doing the wax.
