Customer service is excellent. The lady at the reception welcomed me with a big smile. The stylist while washing my hair gave me a little massage. He then made me an amazing cup of coffee. I got out with a good haircut but nothing like I wanted. The hairdresser was very sweet and he tried his best to accommodate me. At the end he said I have to much hair for the result I wanted. I wish he had said that before cutting... I would go back mainly for the atmosphere. Perhaps just for a blow dry.
