Kuba butchered my hair. Despite repeated instructions of "not short" and a photo of what I wanted, my hair is now shorter than 2cm in most places and has no body because behind my back he set to with thinning scissors before I realised what he was doing. Final insult was being asked if I wanted the clippers used on my neck ("not short"??). I cancelled my appointment with the lovely Rima as I won't set foot in Image again.
