Ewa was lovely but unfortunately the wax wasn’t great. I do have quite difficult hair to wax but I was left stubbly all over as the hair was broken rather than the roots being being pulled out. I’ve also been left with a big rash on my bikini line and under arm, this is super painful and I won’t be able to wear my bikini on holiday.

Amazing Blowdry as always, kuba is just great. The only thing I wanna point out is that the time frame for hair treatments should be more custom made according to the individual, in my case although I pay for extra long hair Blowdry, 1h is simply not enough, ( I have long & super thick hair ) you can’t expect that the same time frame will be ok for different hair types. If you have a regular customer like myself why not just expend to what’s actually needed instead of poor hairdresser “rush” to accommodate the next one. I’m happy with my hair as always but this rushing things is very annoying when it could easily be sorted. Thank you.
