My first lash lift and tint experience didn't go well. The patch test day before was great. Therapist was gentle and reassuring during application. But the lift didn't work. At all! I took before and after photos and they're just darker. I asked why they weren't lifted or curled in the slightest and she blamed the tint and advised to brush them. If this is the case why do they even use a tint after a lift?? Very unhappy with the lack of results. Will be going back for a refund if they don't improve over next few days. Disappointing!

Always a very positive experience with Kuba: he is polite, attentive, washes hair very carefully and blow dries it well. All other staff are also very welcoming. I shall be back.
