All the staff at image hair and beauty are friendly and professional my massage started promptly - the room was lovely and warm including the option of a heated bed which is nice in the winter months! Roma was very friendly and asked about any pain/Injuries that needed attention prior to the treatment, as well as consulting me about the level of pressure I preferred. All in all a lovely massage and great value particularly in London when these treatments are often overpriced!
