Great hair cut and blow dry

Had a manicure and Eyelashes permed. Manicure was great nails look amazing and she was swift and precise. My eyelashes however look exactly the same - no perm - didn’t work, I have had my eyelashes permed before and I know what it is supposed to look like. When she took the dye off she said it suited me and didn’t acknowledge the fact that my eyelashes were not permed.
