Really great wax, friendly and gave good advice/ tips. I am really happy with the result and will definitely be coming back.
Went in for a shellac removal (shellac application was done at Image too). A couple of nails had either torn halfway or come off completely before I went in. In fairness, this may be because I didn't want my nails to be filed down too much. However the finish of the original application wasn't perfect. For the removal, I was disappointed that no nail strengthener was applied afterwards, and the buffing during removal itself was a bit rough, adding further damage. However the staff are very kind.
