The service was great but the manicure was slightly messy - left some of the base/top coats on my skin. Also, I had to pay more for the nail art at the venue (on top of the £5 on treatwell) which is fine just would have been nice to know when booking

Very warm, welcoming team in a nice, clean setting. I was given a ginger tea. My manicure and pedicure happened simultaneously, which is a great time saver. Both were perfect when I left. Sadly, the manicure is chipping after only 2 days but perhaps that's normal. (I usually do gel.) I will definitely return when I'm in London and need some TLC.

Managed to get a last minute appointment here for a manicure, was greeted in a really friendly manner, and with a hot drink. Got a manicure which was really well done.
