I spent 2.5 hours in this shop for a treatment that should have taken maximum an hour (if it was slow). They were running extremely late which meant that I was passed between 3 different people to do my nails, with the final person not having a clue. He had to redo each of my nails at least 3 time which meant by the end I was left with extremely thick gel. I will not be returning as the organisation and lack of timeliness is extremely stressful.

Dedicated team, always leave with great nails! Their attention to detail on each nail is so wonderful, and they really care about their work, they make sure you’re really happy with the results during treatment and again at the end.

Omg, this was my first time there and I went based on a friend’s recommendation and it was the best nails treatment I have had in a very long time in London! Jan was the nicest, most professional therapist ever! I would recommend to anyone!
