The vibe in the salon was lovely - professional and tidy but relaxed and friendly. Zara gave me an exceptionally good BIAB manicure - from helping me identify a very specific colour, to carefully removing my old BIAB, getting my desired shape exactly right and making sure the final result was beautiful. Lovely atmosphere when you walked in, everyone was very chatty and Jan came and did my nails very shortly after arriving. The design was exactly what I wanted, executed perfectly and she was very friendly. Done quickly to get back out in the London sunshine, overall a great experience!
