The vibe in the salon was lovely - professional and tidy but relaxed and friendly. Zara gave me an exceptionally good BIAB manicure - from helping me identify a very specific colour, to carefully removing my old BIAB, getting my desired shape exactly right and making sure the final result was beautiful.
