staff is warm and welcoming in general.
Treatment not as long as advertised. Dead skin on the feet not removed. Won't be going back.

Poppy was lovely and didn't bat an eyelid when I accidentally knocked my half-done nails against the table, requiring a couple of them to be redone. Despite being busy, she didn't get annoyed, did them again, and didn't even charge me any extra! The finished manicure was perfect. Also really enjoyed the salon's classic pop playlist and debating the pros and cons of 90s boybrands with the staff!

Great service, the nails techs were very friendly and Jan done a great job on my gel manicure. Has lasted over 2 weeks already and still looks great!
