Had such a lovely time at my appointment! Kelly was so amazing and she really took her time to go through the consultation to understand exactly what I was trying to achieve and explained to me how we could get there. We also had a fabulous gab (which is half the fun of getting your hair done!). So 10/10 would recommend ☺️
