Naomi was lovely, she texted me a couple of days beforehand confirming my appointment and the location which I really appreciated. The room was welcoming and clean and I felt very comfortable around Naomi. For myself, no waxing is painless but this was certainly one of the least painful waxes I've experienced and Naomi did a great job. Would defo recommend and will be going back again.
