Had nails booked with Katie. She rushed the treatment and didn’t do what I asked for instead she ended up freestyling the set and doing what she wanted save your money girls. Her attitude was very rude. Not even a best application either
Had an appointment for my nails for the first time at Blush for 4pm and had a cancellation text at 8am "I'm so sorry I'm not going to be in today been up all night being sick can we please reschedule".
I understand these things can happen, even though I was very disappointed as I was going away the day after and not just a holiday but a wedding as well and I knew I had no chance to get an appointment.
I also found it so unprofessional to text that way with no business name or mentioning of who it was . I actually thought it was a scam first .
Katie always does a great job with my nails. Really pleased with them every time. She has a fantastic range of colours. I am always spoilt for choice.
