I booked in for a hollywood wax using hot wax. It seemed the lady had not been trained in using hot wax, and caused me significant pain as she struggled to get the wax off, and at times attempted to get it off before it had fully dried. I have regular treatments elsewhere so I am fully aware of what a hollywood wax entails. However this went on for ages and was so painful that I had to ask her to stop the treatment half way. She offered to do the rest using strip wax which she seemed more comfortable with as it was less painful and seemed to be easier for her. The finish was a bit messy and I emded up leaving with some unwaxed hairs and sticky wax residue. I did complain and she apologise respectfully, however I will not be returning.

I have visited Pawan at Sculptures to have my eyebrows shaped/tinted a couple of times now and each time I have been very impressed! My eyebrows look great and the price is very reasonable. Pawan is friendly and professional approachable. I will definitely be visiting sculptures again for some more beauty treatments 💕
