What a shambles felt so sorry for the staff! Booked for 1pm received a call changing to 12.30 got there at 12.30 told wont be free until 1pm. I was on my lunch from work went back at 1pm, still not ready & nothing set up to do nails. The place was a mess too! No music no offer of a drink. took nearly 2 & 1/2 hours. Awful. Refused to pay full price, nails are average, rushed. Felt sorry for the 17yo doing 2 peoples nails at once following owners instruction to do so. Will not return!
Still very new, didn't have all the things needed for the service. Just a bit unorganised. Not very pleased with the final result.
