Really nice venue and the therapist was lovely, friendly and welcoming.
The gel polish on toes is not the most thorough treatment but that's partially my fault for not carefully looking at what the service included, unsure if they have the facilities for full water pedicures. Anyway the toes look fine, close up not perfect but does the job for a good price.

I paid for a manicure and a pedicure and it took over 3 hours to finish the manicure alone. The manager and technician said it was due to the colour of the varnish and said it had happened before. I never received the pedicure, understandably I didn’t expect the manicure to take 3 hours. I didn’t receive my refund despite it being promised by the bar manager just before I left, sadly I didn’t receive much of an apology for my wasted time either. The technician and the manager tried to fix the mess numerous times. Since then I have tried to call to ask when my refund might arrive but it always diverts to voicemail. I will not be recommending to anyone unfortunately. Had I been refunded for such poor service I would have overlooked but without any kind of customer service also, I thought to leave a review so others are aware when booking with blush beauty bar through Treatwell.
