Lovely people and salon, but my nails starting lifting the day after I got the infills, a week later they are all falling off, disappointing given how much I paid

Nails and beauty therapist were lovely. However signage was pointing to the wrong door to get in which was quite stressful and salon not as pictured, has clearly moved and not updated. Overall, nails were good but atmosphere could be improved as not quite the luxury visit I was expecting.
